Mipathia is a bold web application to streamline the complexity of international immigration. Muhajer Technologies had the idea to make one system that would help people find a full Ai solution for making a move from country to country.

The application is as complicated as it can get.
The web application has to show every user their immigration score within the Canadian immigration point system.

Competitive Analysis

We looked at many different competing products and companies but couldn't find any on the same level as Mipathia. The only website that came close to Mipathia is Canada.ca which the federal government runs. Their product has some similarities but fails to cover what's important to immigrants.

Mipthia's features covered where the competition failed. Mipathia features:

An immigration point system calculator that includes not only federal immigration but provincial programs too.
Including family members on their profiles to check their eligibility, too, in case the main applicant isn’t eligible.
The ability to connect with immigration professionals.
Ability to save results and come back to them anytime.

Using Hotjar to observe users

We used Heatmaps and video recording to understand our users' journeys across the website and application. Hotjar really helped us hone our efforts on some important pain points.
